Spravato and IV ketamine are handled differently by insurance, so we keep the details clear from the start.
Parker Neuroscience is in-network with UnitedHealthcare and Optum for Spravato treatment. Spravato is FDA-approved for treatment-resistant depression and is administered in our office under clinical supervision.
Coverage details vary by plan, and Spravato typically requires prior authorization. Before treatment begins, we verify your benefits and walk you through any out-of-pocket costs.
IV ketamine infusion therapy is offered as a self-pay service and is not billed to insurance. This applies to all patients, including those with UnitedHealthcare coverage.
Insurance coverage for Spravato does not extend to IV ketamine.
Parker Neuroscience is not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid at this time.
